At Bethesda Gardens Monument, we are here for our residents and their families as they face end-of-life care. As a faith-based organization, our mission aligns with that of hospice—to provide the absolute best in compassionate care.
We understand end-of-life experiences place an immense burden on individuals and families, but we also believe it should be a time of great emotional and spiritual healing. The experienced teams at all of our communities strive to help your loved one embrace this final period with dignity and comfort. We also recognize the importance of caring for families, and provide information, support and healing.
Bethesda Gardens Monument coordinates with professional service providers who agree with our philosophies and practices, and we work hand-in-hand with our teams to give the absolute best in family-centered hospice care while allowing our residents to remain in their Bethesda community.
Our compassionate team is here to serve our residents and their families in their time of need. From coordinating with physicians to manage physical pain, or the psychological and spiritual pain that needs to be attended to during hospice care. The personal touch in the Bethesda-resident relationship is very special.
